LSOB!!!

ummm, I'm bout throwed on that Shlitz Beer. Oh well... this blog is all bout LSOB (Lighter Shade of Brown). At the moment I only really have there stuff on tape...yes old school tape, but I just ordered all there cds on amazon. Here are some of there vids....

First, On a Sunday Afternoon
MAN this reminds me of o' Reverchone Park ooon a Sunday Afternoon non the less in the 90's. Shiiit I must have been bout no older then 10, but I remember my folks cruz'in that park with me in the back seat. The video is JUST how I remember it!!!!






Next,Homies
Now this track, I STILL have the single on tape. B-Side being Low Rider Madness, a VERY smooth intramental. Back when I had just one turntable I would put that B-Side on a scratch to it. This song just reminds me of being about 12-13 and... well just chill'in with my homies back then. The songs talks about doing alot of "bad" things like drinking the first time with your Homies. Well that really didn't with me, but hay the song is very ill.









Hay DJ

I hate songs giving shout outs to the DJ, but hay this song entered my life before I was a "DJ". This songs oddly reminds me of Prince's "U Got The Look". Why you ask, I use to record videos off MTV and BET and that use to be right after "Hay DJ" on my VHS tape.
